• All rubbish must be contained  in rubbish bags

• You may leave up to 10 rubbish bags per visit for us to collect

• Any liquids should be contained

• All rubbish bags just need to  be outside your home before 8am on the day of your collection

• You can cancel your subscription at any time

• Your  collection day is allocated by your postcode

• You will be notified within 24 by email and text of your collection day and this will stay the same.

• You will be added to our collection list as soon as you subscribe.

• Your first collection will begin  on the week you subscribe, unless this is the week of your local authority collection, in which case it will begin the week after.

This ensures you benefit from a weekly collection.
